RatioMaxx ("we", "our", or "us") is a fitness and aesthetic guidance app. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Body photos. When you use the physique analysis feature, you submit up to three photos (front, side, back). These are sent to OpenAI's API for visual analysis.
• Height and weight. You optionally provide your height and weight during onboarding. This context is included alongside your photos when sent to OpenAI to improve the accuracy of your body composition estimate.
• Analysis results. Your generated physique profile (aesthetic score, body fat estimate, muscle analysis) is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to our servers.
• Anonymous usage data. We collect non-identifiable crash reports and feature usage statistics (e.g. which screens are visited) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

2. How We Collect It

All personal data (photos, height, weight) is collected directly from you through the app interface. You choose when to submit photos for analysis. You are shown a clear disclosure screen before any photos are transmitted.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your physique analysis, aesthetic score, and personalized workout recommendations.
• To improve body fat and composition estimates using your height and weight context.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs (anonymous data only).

Your data is never used for advertising, marketing profiling, or sold to any third party.

4. Third-Party AI Processing (OpenAI)

• What is sent: Your body photos (front, side, back) and your height and weight.
• What is not sent: Your name, email address, or any contact information.
• Retention: Per OpenAI's API data usage policy, photos sent via the API are not used to train OpenAI's models and are not retained after your request is processed.

We require that OpenAI maintains data protection standards consistent with this policy. No other third parties receive your personal data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Photos are transmitted to OpenAI and are not stored on our servers at any point.
• Your analysis results and body context are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you reset or delete the app.
• You can delete your locally stored data at any time from within the app.

6. Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw your consent to AI photo analysis at any time by simply not using the physique analysis feature. The app's workout planning features are available without submitting photos. To fully remove your data, delete the app from your device and contact us to confirm deletion.

7. Health and Fitness Data Disclaimer

RatioMaxx provides fitness and aesthetic guidance only. Body fat estimates, muscle analysis, and aesthetic scores are visual approximations based on AI analysis — not clinical measurements or medical diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

8. Children's Privacy

RatioMaxx is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent to AI photo processing at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
